Draw the Dark

Set in Winter, Wisconsin, the story revolves around seventeen-year-old Christian Cage, whose parents vanished during his childhood. Haunted by their disappearance, he channels his emotions into his art, obsessively sketching his mother's face and a mysterious realm he calls "the sideways place," where he believes his parents are imprisoned. The town grapples with its own dark past, including the arrival of Nazis and a devastating fire, as Christian seeks to uncover the truth behind his family's fate.
