The book features a collection of five songs by Finzi, arranged for voice and chamber orchestra to celebrate the composer's centenary. Notably included is "When I set out for Lyonnesse," previously unpublished in orchestral form. The other four songs, selected from various Finzi song cycles originally for voice and piano, have been orchestrated by notable composers such as Colin Matthews and Judith Weir for this special anniversary edition.
