Catching Spring

Set in the Tsartlip First Nation, the story follows Bobby, a young boy passionate about his community and family. He enjoys his job at the marina and playing marbles with friends, but faces the challenge of wanting to participate in a fishing derby without the necessary resources. The narrative explores themes of determination, community support, and the struggles of youth as Bobby seeks a way to fulfill his dream despite financial and logistical obstacles.
