Time Use in Spanish Organisations

Focusing on the evolution of time use in Spanish organizations, this doctoral thesis examines the shift from a traditionally polychronic approach to a more monochronic one, as defined by Edward Hall. Despite Spain's historical emphasis on interpersonal relationships and multitasking, recent findings suggest a significant transition towards monochronic practices. Additionally, the research explores "Power distance" in decision-making processes and the work styles of Spanish women within these organizations, providing a comprehensive view of contemporary organizational dynamics in Spain.
