The Social Re-integration of Rebel Returnees in the Philippines

Focusing on the reintegration of rebel returnees, this research examines the experiences of participants in Tubungan's Project Tubong-Tubong and Project ROKIT. It highlights the need for sustainable government initiatives that prioritize education and skill development tailored to current job market demands. The study advocates for establishing educational institutions in remote areas and suggests increased funding for cash assistance and livelihood programs to facilitate a smoother transition for returnees into mainstream society.
