Occasions of Sin (Revised)

Set in 1959, the narrative follows Sandra Scofield's return to West Texas after years in Catholic boarding schools, hoping to inspire her ailing mother. Instead, she encounters a fractured family dynamic and confronts her own burgeoning sexuality during a tumultuous adolescence.
