Effective leadership and management are crucial for schools to deliver quality education, as highlighted by the Ministry of Education and Training in Vietnam. The research identifies a gap in qualified primary education managers, emphasizing the need for improvement. By critically analyzing various leadership models and styles, this study seeks to provide empirical evidence on the most effective approaches to leadership, particularly within the context of international schools, aiming to enhance educational outcomes.
