Set in a future where humans inhabit countless terraformed planets under a restrictive Empire, the narrative follows a group of libertarian anarchists on the planet Victoria. Central to the story are Kael and Theri, a couple navigating their identities amidst societal norms, alongside Ben and Anla, whose tumultuous relationship reflects deeper themes of power and submission. The enigmatic Catsize, a former commander turned trickster, adds humor and depth as he instigates chaos and challenges the oppressive regime.
