Hopper Garland, a private investigator skilled at locating missing girls, faces a crisis of conscience after a near-tragic encounter with a target. Lured back into the fray by a seductive woman, he embarks on a perilous journey to find a missing pregnant teenager, traversing from the devastated landscapes of post-Katrina New Orleans to the seedy underbelly of Las Vegas. Along the way, he encounters a mix of dangerous characters, including henchmen and a sociopathic murderer, forcing him to confront dark truths about his profession and personal life.
