Utilizing the Teacher Adjustment Inventory and Vocational Interest Record, the research analyzes data from 100 randomly selected participants. Findings reveal a significant positive correlation between teaching practice and both teachers' adjustment and vocational interest, highlighting the importance of practical experience in shaping future educators' professional development.
