Good Man's Croft

Set in the upper Thames valley of England, the story follows David Mendy, born at the end of the nineteenth century. He grapples with the weight of ancient customs and family legends, particularly surrounding a mysterious "good man's croft" linked to dark rituals and child sacrifice. Despite warnings to avoid this haunted area, David's curiosity about the stone ruins nearby intensifies, intertwining his fate with the region's eerie past and the spirits that linger there.
