They, along with Jeddy's determined sister, Marina, become entangled in a dangerous rivalry between bootlegging gangs, who believe they have taken something vital from the deceased. As Ruben encounters the fearless captain of the notorious smuggling vessel, the Black Duck, he finds himself embroiled in a perilous conflict with rival gangs.
