The study explores the effectiveness of Vocational Education and Training in preparing learners for the labor market through various data collection methods, including interviews and questionnaires. It analyzes key factors such as job preparedness, satisfaction, stability, and academic aspirations, while also examining the impact of independent variables like age and job status. Significant relationships among 35 variables were identified, leading to recommendations for enhancing training programs, including integrating computer applications and recognizing the technician's societal role.
