Two angels arrive in the dark town of Self Absorption to invite seven citizens to meet the Pursuer of Souls at Lake Still Water. The town is shrouded in illusion, where the false promise of self-centeredness reigns. As the citizens embark on their journey, they face numerous challenges that test their faith. Throughout their trials, they discover the true nature of the Pursuer, who offers love and purpose.
