Michael Hollingshead, a pivotal yet enigmatic figure in psychedelic history, introduced Timothy Leary to LSD in 1962, significantly influencing Leary's work at Harvard and Millbrook. He played a crucial role in London's early LSD scene and established the World Psychedelic Centre in Chelsea. After a prison stint for dosing a KGB spy, Hollingshead engaged with the Brotherhood of Eternal Love, founded a psychedelic commune, and created an electronic I Ching installation. His adventurous life ended mysteriously in Bolivia during the 1980s.
