More about the book

A book (originally published in 1876) that clearly shows Darwinism was making inroads into Unitarian theology. Savage is an advocate of an evolution-based gospel. Minot J. Savage, a noted Unitarian minister in Boston, was one of the leading architects of Unitarian thought. (He is mentioned in the autobiography of Booker T. Washington, as they both received honorary degrees from Harvard at the same ceremony, as did Alexander Graham Bell.)
