First published in 1921, 'The War List of the University of Cambridge 1914-1918' is a comprehensive catalog of Cambridge alumni who served in World War I. In addition to listing names, ranks, and units, the book provides brief biographical sketches of each individual, as well as information on their wartime activities and awards. Compiled by Gordon Vero Carey and other members of the university, this book provides a poignant and illuminating record of the sacrifices made by Cambridge students and alumni during the Great War.
