Child of Far Away: Welcome to the World of Florabal

On a new world far from Earth, 12-year-old Cassie learns that the stereo-types of Earth don't apply. She finds herself in a frightening storm far from home. The wind and lightening threaten her life. She finds safety in the depths of a large willow tree. But then, the tree wraps her in his arms and talks to her. She learns new ways of looking at the world, gains respect for alien beings and with their help, saves her new world from an ancient enemy.
