It is written as a self-improvement guide based on my research in the fields of philosophy psychology, metaphysics, academia and my personal experiences in pursuit of my own The Power Within the reiteration of ancient wisdom, seven steps in goal setting and some of my own personal experiences and conclusions.My intention is to share, with as many people as possible, what I have learned about the nature of our relationship with self and our ability to recreate our lives and circumstances.
