An Earth unlike that which you know. The timeline of the planet is mixed, future meets past within the unfolding present. Ancient Gods make up the main religions, allied countries have became hateful enemies, there is a greater power than humanity which lives in the shadows of society. Creatures that appear to be made of shadowed smoke protect children from any danger which may come, these are known as Guardians. Yet there is one man with a villainous ambition to remove the Guardians from children in order to create a sickening sex trade. Follow the journey of a detective duo as they attempt to dismantle the raising imperium of a aphotic maleficent dominance. Will they succeed or shall the children of the world be put into a danger that not even the gods can save them from?
