Eigentlich ist alles ganz einfach. Bio und Öko sind toll, super und leiwand. Konventionell ist böse, ganz ganz böse. Leider halten diese Vorurteile der Realität nicht stand. Bio ist nicht immer gut und schön. Die angeblich industrielle Landwirtschaft kommt qualitativ erstaunlich oft der Bio-Erzeugung nahe und hat oft auch Vorteile gegenüber Bio.
