Isaak I. Rubin

Isaac Ilyich Rubin was a Jewish economist, regarded as the foremost theorist of his era on Karl Marx's theory of value. His principal work, Essays on Marx's Theory of Value, was published in 1924. Though executed in 1937 during the Great Purge, his ideas have since been rehabilitated. Rubin delved deeply into economic theories, particularly those focusing on value and its role within capitalist systems. His writings explore the underpinnings of Marxian thought, offering nuanced perspectives on complex economic concepts that continue to resonate.
