The design and provision of telemedical services which are both, efficient and customer-centric, constitute a huge challenge in the promising field of telemedicine. This dissertation presents an adequate solution. It outlines a systematic approach for the modularization of telemedical services: the SMART method. Following a design science research approach, this method was iteratively designed and evaluated. Thereby, the three overarching research questions could be answered successfully. They address the requirements elicitation, the design, and the evaluation of the method. The application of the SMART method confirms the intended effects, e. g., higher efficiencies due to reuse of service modules, and represents the key practical contribution of this thesis. Thus, service providers from the field of telemedicine are enabled to design and provide their services in an efficient and user-centric fashion. This dissertation contributes to all person-oriented fields that face digital transformations.

Due to their high energy conversion efficiencies and low emissions, Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFCs) show promise as a replacement for combustion-based electrical generators at all sizes. Further increase of SOFC efficiency can be achieved by microstructural optimization of the oxygen-ion conducting electrolyte and the mixed ionic-electronic conducting cathode. By application of nanoscaled thin films, the exceptionally high efficiency allows the realization of mobile SOFCs.

Set against the backdrop of Istanbul, this psychological drama follows Albin Kranz, a troubled sculptor grappling with hallucinations and childhood traumas. Accompanied by his photographer partner Livia, they seek to revive their faltering relationship. However, Albin's life takes a dark turn when he witnesses a murder, yet struggles to convince others of the truth. His search for answers leads him into the city's depths, exploring the complexities of love and reality within an enigmatic culture.

Die ganze Welt ist Bühne, und alle Frauen und Männer bloße Spieler. Man möchte eine „Philosophie der Geste“ in den neuen Gemälden Tim Eitels suchen. Der Künstler hat ein besonderes Gespür für den Moment, in dem eine Haltung oder Pose besondere Bedeutung bekommt. Meist aber dominiert die Szenerie: anonyme öffentliche Räume in feinen Schattierungen von Grau und Grün, die so bestimmend sind, dass die Menschen beinahe darin untergehen. Am Ende behauptet sich die Figur dennoch, steht als fragiles Symbol in leise bedrohlicher Umgebung. „Tim Eitel: A Stage“ zeigt Gemälde aus den Jahren 2004 bis 2006, eine thematisch und atmosphärisch geschlossene Werkgruppe. Dazu hat der Künstler Schnappschüsse aus seinem fotografischen Skizzenbuch ausgewählt, die seine persönliche Sicht auf die Welt und seinen Arbeitsprozess illustrieren. Sie begleiten ein Gespräch mit dem Schriftsteller Christoph Peters, bekannt durch die Romane „Das Tuch aus Nacht“ und „Ein Zimmer im Haus des Krieges“. Die beiden begegneten sich erstmals auf einer Bühne während einer Podiumsdiskussion und haben ihren Dialog seitdem immer weiter geführt.
