Der Philosoph Heinrich Romundt (1845-1919) war stark von Kant beeinflusst. Seit 1872 lehrte er als Privatdozent für Philosophie an der Universität Basel, später in Dresden. Er gehörte zum Freundeskreis von Friedrich Nietzsche.
