More about the book

Greg felt ravenously hungry, and he didn't have the usual sense that his stomach was something empty and round. It felt long, it felt empty and tubular, and it was crying out for... for green stuff. Nice green lettuce. Nice green vegetables. Something really, really green.Thirteen-year-old Greg wakes up one morning to discover he is a caterpillar. His brother Ben is grossed out. Mum suggests herbal remedies and Dad simply refuses to accept the creature is his son. Greg becomes used to an existence of munching through vast quantities of greenery and climbing walls and ceilings. Then the media gets hold of his story and 'Greggy' becomes a TV star. But for Greg the fame loses its gloss when someone close betrays him.
