Focusing on the leadership education and cultural adaptation of Chinese MBA students in a U.S. institution, this study examines the experiences of four participants at an American Graduate Business School. Utilizing the Development Model of Intercultural Sensitivity and Social Learning Theory, it offers qualitative insights through interviews and observations. The findings highlight their leadership development, learning characteristics, and cultural adjustments. The final chapter includes recommendations for enhancing educational programs for Chinese and other international students in U.S. higher education.
