Daniel Humm Book order
Daniel Humm is a Swiss chef who began his culinary training in Switzerland at the age of 14. He earned a Michelin star in his first Executive Chef role at Gasthaus zum Gupf in the Swiss Alps. In 2003, he moved to the United States to work at Campton Place, receiving numerous accolades, including a Rising Star Chef nomination from the James Beard Foundation. He has been the Executive Chef of Eleven Madison Park since 2006.
