Felix Lützkendorf Book order (chronological)
February 2, 1906 – November 19, 1990
Felix Lützkendorf was a German writer and screenwriter whose work significantly shaped German cinema in the 1950s and 1960s. His early career included plays and radio dramas, often with historical and patriotic themes. After World War II, during which he also served as a war correspondent, he emerged as a screenwriter unafraid to tackle controversial subjects, notably in one of the first German films to address homosexuality. Despite an initial ban on his publications, his later works demonstrated his capacity to engage with societal shifts and explore complex human experiences.
