I produced this chart after my yoga teacher said,: It would be great to have a chart like your nutritional chart for daily yoga poses. The chart is based on the principles of Hatha yoga and was created in conjunction with Michelle Cobbin (AIYP), my fabulous Brighton-based teacher. The chart is a reminder for daily practice and incorporates a balanced mixture of poses and breathing exercises to invite the body to move and relax with awareness. Each pose is clearly illustrated with written points to be aware of and the key benefits of the asana. : Tree, Triangle Forward Bend, Dog, Wheel, Warrior, King Pigeon, Cobbler, Sage Pose Twist , Cow Face, Hero, Shoulder Stand and Sun Salute Sequence.
