Lonn Taylor

    Lonn Taylor was an expert on "The Star-Spangled Banner" and Southwestern furniture. He served as a curator and historian at the Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of American History for nearly twenty years. After retiring, he returned to Texas, where he wrote a weekly column on Texas history and other stories about the state, also appearing on local radio. His writings often explored the rich history and cultural narratives of Texas and the American Southwest.
