Focusing on the concept of Intolerance to Uncertainty, this study examines how teachers in Pilar respond to ambiguous situations. Utilizing a mixed-method approach, the research employs both quantitative and qualitative methods, including the Intolerance to Uncertainty Scale and the Pennsylvania Worry Inventory, to assess the cognitive vulnerabilities related to anxiety disorders. The findings reveal that uncertainty significantly contributes to stress among teachers, highlighting the impact of ambiguous scenarios on emotional well-being and anxiety levels.

Die Studie untersucht die Intoleranz gegenüber Ungewissheit bei Lehrern in Pilar im Jahr 2021. Dabei wird sowohl ein quantitativer als auch ein qualitativer Ansatz verwendet, um die Reaktionen der Lehrer auf mehrdeutige Situationen zu analysieren. Durch Beobachtungen und den Einsatz von Tests wie der Intoleranz gegenüber Ungewissheit Scale (IUS) und dem Pennsylvania Worry Inventory werden Daten von 60 Lehrern aus drei Schulen erhoben. Ziel ist es, die kognitiven Anfälligkeiten und deren Einfluss auf emotionale Prozesse sowie Angst- und Stimmungsstörungen zu verstehen.
Este estudo investiga a intolerância à incerteza entre professores da cidade de Pilar em 2021. Utilizando abordagens quantitativas e qualitativas, foram aplicados testes para avaliar a vulnerabilidade cognitiva relacionada à ansiedade. Os resultados indicam que incertezas e ambiguidades geram estresse significativo.
