No matter where Africa is discussed, it's always an elephant in the room. Because each time there is a discussion on Africa, two facts are implied without necessarily being expressed: Africa is mostly Black and developing. The author avouches that what are regarded as Africa's liabilities are, in fact, Africa's assets. "Black and developing" that's a badge of honor and no other peoples on earth share that designation. Whether by divine design or by pure chance, the significance of black is just being rediscovered (even those who used it with negative racial connotations are slowly discovering the power imbedded in color black) and what is developing can only go up; and the 22nd Century is setting an agenda for the unmatched domination of Africa in global affairs. The same way the world flocked to Africa for its raw materials in the 19th Century, as a repeat, it will show up for its brains and prowess in the new century, only this time Africa will be ready and prepared and nothing would hoodwink its brainocrats.

This book moves beyond the major mentoring models and theories which emphasize mentors (coaches)' goal-setting criteria towards the success of the mentees (clients)'s overall support through motivation, training, direction, and advising. The book assumes that the mentor has succeeded and that the client has been coached. The book goes a step further and focuses on the ethical leadership approach in the mentoring process and avouches that the major reason why theories and models on mentoring have not borne sustainable results is because of the absence of an ethical component on the part, mostly, of the coaches or mentors. The saliences briefly discussed in here are universal in nature and apply to all levels of leadership interactions.

A prophet is God's spokesperson. He or she is a divinely called minister who announces the will of God to the people. Such a person can be called a real prophet. True prophets hear from God and convey what they hear from God to the people. The duty of a prophet, therefore, is to prophesy or utter prophesies (prophetic utterances). They may utter prophesies to predict the future, and they may report to the people what God is doing in the present. This book is Part I in this series.

This book of poems is unique and comprehensive. It covers a period of over 30 years of selected poems. All the published and unpublished works of Charles Mwewa are compiled into this one collection, earning the title, The Best of Charles Mwewa. Mwewa's style is Charsian - styled in a mixture of rhythmic verse and iambs, where desired, creating a mixture of sound and sense that captivates the mind/reason, engages the soul and records or reshapes history. This is the second edition (Poetry 2), and it has additional over one hundred and forty poems from the original 2020 publication. The second edition is a triumph, in that it moderates international and local motifs that span a period of close to 40 years, twenty of those years emerging from Africa and the other twenty, from America.

In the Patch Theorem: A Philosophy of Death, Life and Time, the author introduces a third dimension (trimention) of explaining birth, death, life (and even life after death) and time. The elements of the Creationist Theory are recognized, and the postulations of science are affirmed. However, both religion and science cannot explain life and death from the realist point of view. The creation or experience called humanity is trimentional; it exists at the subconscious, subcortical and subphemeral layers.

I DREAM OF AFRICA is written by one of Africa's most decorated and thoughtful writer, Charles Mwewa. The book is written by a Zambian intellectual, lawyer and professor of Legal Studies. This poetic landscape is both timely and informative. It provides as well some insights into how Africans live up to their cultures, including religious beliefs. The dance of their women and men while bare- breasted with their body movements to the rhythm and sounds of their forefathers is vividly portrayed as are all aspects of their lives. African culture is one of its strengths and this is beautifully celebrated here. Sit down and take a flight. Fernando Smith, B.A. Co-author of Caribbean Best Seller To Shoot Hard Labor

"Charles Mwewa has written this inspirational and motivating book which is a "must read" for everyone from all walks of life. His ideas are holistic and well-rounded as he discusses the "Laws of Influence." He has captured vividly leadership and other principles which he elaborates and makes situational for his readers. This is a non-traditional approach, and one that can be attributed to the positive feedback from across three continents - North America, Europe and Africa. Hon. Jean Augustine, P.C. Ontario's Fairness Commissioner (Former Deputy Speaker of Canada)."
