Richard T. Ely Book order

Richard Theodore Ely was an American economist and leader of the Progressive movement who advocated for increased government intervention to reform the perceived injustices of capitalism. His work critically examined factory conditions, compulsory education, child labor, and labor unions. Ely is remembered as a founder and the first Secretary of the American Economic Association, and as the author of influential books exploring the organized labor movement and socialism.
