An adventure in the outback Pilbara region of Western Australia. Andrew Robertson is sent to Australia with his wife Rebecca by his father, to assume management of a cattle station in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia. Andrew quickly sets about replacing some dilapidated watering infrastructure, but something goes wrong. He causes a substantial downpour in various parts of Australia, at a time when there is a prolonged drought in the eastern states.Andrew and his co-manager old Jack Lambert make a bold decision that they need to follow up on this unanticipated outcome, but this gets them into deep water with the Department of Environment and Water Resources. This chain of events does, however, get some very significant people thinking about the possible outcomes for the pastoral industry.Eventually the Wagyl, the mythical rainbow serpent, is able to make his way back to his home in the Swan River.
