Eugene H. Peterson was a pastor, scholar, author, and poet. He held a professorship in Spiritual Theology at Regent College and was a founding pastor of Christ Our King Presbyterian Church. His prolific writing career spanned over thirty books, notably including a celebrated contemporary translation of the Bible. After retiring from teaching, he resided in Montana.
