Madri Murota

    Maori Murota aims to demystify Japanese food, making it accessible and understood by anyone interested in its food culture and eating well. Her culinary passion is rooted in her Tokyo childhood, inspired by her mother's cooking and memories of home meals and dining out. After leaving Japan at seventeen and living in New York and Indonesia, she settled in Paris, transitioning from styling to a career in food. A self-taught chef, Murota now shares her knowledge of authentic Japanese home cooking through classes and private chef services.
