Growing up in the small island town of Anacortes, Washington, fostered an active imagination, where entertainment often depended on creativity. Early exposure to publishing in elementary school, where students wrote, bound, and presented their own stories, foreshadowed a lifelong passion. A voracious reader of comic books, the author was particularly drawn to their grand dramas and compelling dialogue, elements that would later shape their own narrative style. After honing their craft through several practice novels in college, the author is now ready to share their debut novel with readers.
