Jez Alborough Series

Jez is the author and illustrator of 48 children's books. In 2018, he published his first book for adults, 'The Story of 'You'', initiating the 'Life Beyond Personality' series. His work explores how individuals, initially existing in a state of pure Oneness, lose this connection as they become identified with their personality. This identification, he posits, leads to suffering, as the personality constructs its own dream world based on deep-seated beliefs and emotions, resulting in perpetual emotional distress and overthinking. The book suggests the possibility of waking from this dream, thereby embarking on a new adventure in life beyond the confines of personality.
