Interdisciplinary Long-Term Treatment of Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery Patients

The lifelong care required for bariatric surgery patients often presents colleagues in the office with the situation of having to identify surgical and nutritive complications related to the previous surgery. This often requires very specialized knowledge not only of the surgical procedures themselves, but especially of the metabolic changes that follow surgery. Based on many years of experience in the leading surgical obesity centers in Germany, the editors have compiled this book.
