Before the Poison

Returning to the Yorkshire dales after twenty-five years, Chris Lowndes purchases a charming mansion that carries a haunting history. He becomes increasingly unsettled upon discovering that the house was the site of a notorious murder over fifty years ago, where Dr. Ernest Arthur Fox was allegedly poisoned by his young wife, Grace. Her subsequent trial and execution for the crime cast a shadow over the home, intertwining Chris's present with the dark legacy of the past.
