Something is happening around the world. People are having visions, seeing ghosts, witnessing events that could not have taken place. At first, the incidents are scattered and infrequent, the visions unremarkable: things looking out of place, people catching sight of something out of the corner of their eye; others glimpsing old friends or relatives whom they know to be dead.
