In 2015, a remarkable collection emerged, featuring traditional Sherlock Holmes adventures set in the correct time period, penned by leading authors from around the globe. The initial three volumes received overwhelming acclaim, prompting calls for more. The series has since expanded to 36 substantial volumes, offering over 750 new Holmes tales from more than 200 contributors. Since its inception, all royalties have been directed to the Undershaw school for special needs children, raising over $100,000 by mid-2022. Members of The Baker Street Irregulars have played a vital role, contributing stories, poems, and forewords. This collection showcases contributions from nearly all previous BSI members, continuing the tradition of supporting the Undershaw school. The stories, poems, and forewords included here, along with those from the original 36 volumes, represent some of the finest contemporary Holmesian storytelling, paying tribute to the character described by Watson as "the best and wisest . . . whom I have ever known." These works have appeared in Parts I - XXXVI of the series, with all royalties dedicated to the preservation of Undershaw, a school located at one of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's former homes.
