Jeanie hasn't spent a lot of time with her father, Alan, since her mom died five years ago. To make up for it, she's taking him to a tiny island off the coast of British Columbia for a few days of hiking, fishing, and camping. The deep woods seem the perfect place to reconnect with each other. But there's something about them... When Jeanie finds an eldritch sigil etched in one of the trees, and then immediately forgets it, things begin to unravel. If they can't figure out what's happening, and get away in time, they may become lost in their own forest dreams and never escape the wilderness.
