The Collected Papers of Sherlock Holmes - Volume 5

More about the book

At the age of ten in the mid-1970s, David Marcum discovered Mr. Sherlock Holmes and realized that the original 60 Canonical adventures would never suffice. This sparked a lifelong desire to write, leading him to contribute new stories to the Holmes legacy. Over the years, David collected and chronologized thousands of traditional Sherlockian pastiches. In 2008, after being laid off during the Great Recession, he turned to Watson's Tin Dispatch Box and produced The Papers of Sherlock Holmes, a collection of nine short stories that had previously been shelved in his collection. Initially published by a small press in 2011 and later by MX Publishing in 2013, this marked the beginning of his prolific writing career. Since then, David has edited over 60 volumes, primarily Sherlockian anthologies, and authored over 80 Sherlockian adventures featured in various publications. These works are now being compiled, including previously unseen stories. The first five volumes encompass the majority of David's Holmesian tales to date, with more adventures planned for release in 2022. Join us in returning to Baker Street to uncover more authentic adventures of Sherlock Holmes, as described by Dr. Watson as "the best and wisest . . . whom I have ever known." The game is afoot!
