The story has complex characters that are multidimensional. It is action driven and fast paced. The author has used suspense and mystery which heightens the tension in the book. Author has used Kiswahili and Bukusu words well in context. The language used is clear and simple and this ensures ease of readability. The story is written with empathy and advocates fighting for what is right and just.
