Jason Hawkes, Britain's leading aerial photographer, has been taking to the skies with his camera for more than fifteen years. In this, his latest collection, he has trained his camera on the familiar and less familiar parts of London. Each photograph is accompanied by informative text from leading travel author Donna Dailey. Donna has written several books on London and gives each picture an extra dimension with an extended caption. In the five features she gives greater detail on certain aspects of England's capital, namely Village London, London as a world capital, how the city grew, the city's green spaces and finally, its modern architecture.
