Lamentations

The writer of Lamentations witnessed the Babylonians destroying Jerusalem. It was a terrible judgment, almost too much to bear for God's covenant people, yet it was God's grace so that we could receive the gospel. What does a book with such a dreary reputation say to today's society? The reality is that it could not be more relevant.
