Out of Mind is simply that: those things which testify to the issues contained within our minds, a final objective laid bare, after being wrestled with over the passage of time, alongside human emotion and mental conflict. No observation or experience can ever be consciously erased from memory, but effectively serves as the poet's blueprint - or inspiration. These poems reflect this understanding, through a diversity of subject matter and the way in which they are handled within a variation of form and style. The author writes in simple language, though never straying from those issues which touch all of our lives at some point or another.
