The letter came with the first post on a Friday morning as we were preparing to go to school and work. Joseph picked up the mail on his way back from his room, where he had gone to collect his P.E. kit. The stamp on the envelope looked curiously strange. Cringing at the image, he quickly handed the mail to Dad, who proceeded to open the envelope cautiously.
