When Willo returns home from hunting, everyone is gone. His dad, Magda, the twins—everyone who lived in the lonely house in the mountains. Only tire tracks in the snow hint at what might have happened. After a solitary and cold night in the abandoned house, and with the certainty that his family will not return, Willo sets out to find his father. It will be a merciless, icy journey and a struggle for survival. But Willo is tough; he has a goal—his family. And he has a longing: Mary.
